Our client is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing and analytics efforts for their entirely remote-first organization. This role is crucial for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across all digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, meticulously tracking campaign performance, and leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and other relevant channels. Managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Conducting in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other data visualization platforms. Identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for growth through data analysis, and translating these into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies. A/B testing landing pages, ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign structures to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. Overseeing the creation of compelling marketing content, including ad copy, landing page content, and email newsletters, ensuring brand consistency and message resonance. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and educating the team on emerging opportunities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and initiatives. Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed. Reporting on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to senior management on a regular basis. Implementing and managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and improve customer journeys. Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and data analysis. Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major digital advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decisions. Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
