Role Overview

We're hiring a Content / Marketing Strategist to define our voice and build early traction across IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X and Threads.

You'll craft Steeze's & the Founder's narrative, design content systems, and drive organic growth from zero.

Key Responsibilities
Develop weekly content calendars across IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X and Threads.
Research trends, hooks, and storytelling formats that drive reach.
Build early community campaigns to acquire waitlist signups.
Collaborate with the founder + videographer for BTS storytelling.
Define Steeze's and the Founder's tone of voice and visual identity across touch-points.

Requirements (Must-Have)
Proven experience scaling organic content (show metrics).
Examples of viral hooks and storytelling for brand-building.
Ability to blend trends + aesthetics + conversion goals.
Portfolio including content calendars + posts with performance data.
2–5 years of experience as a content/ marketing strategist.

Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in fashion/lifestyle brands or AI-powered products.
Knowledge of TikTok/IG algorithms for organic growth.

Contract & Location
Type: 3-month contract → full-time offer for top performers.

Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite in Lagos (to align with shoots and founder collab), remote-friendly on other days for planning and execution.
